Get ready

  • Two similar healthy bean seedlings, identical pots, trays, opaque ventilated box and measured water; start a dated log for Weeks 7–9.

Safety

  • A grown-up stays within reach of water. Use small amounts in shallow unbreakable trays, away from power; wipe spills and wash hands. Do not drink test water.
  • Do not eat test seeds, plants or materials. No tasting is needed; check allergies and wash hands.
