Listen and try
- Make a shade for the ice.
- One: build a shade from cardboard, cups and tape.
- Two: put the same ice on two plates in the sun, and put your shade over one plate.
- Three: wait ten minutes.
- Circle the plate with more ice left.
- Did your shade work?
- Circle the check or the cross.
- Then draw your shade in the big box and circle the shape most like it.
- Never look at the Sun.
For the grown-up
Build a shade, then put ice in the sun with and without it. After ten minutes, see which ice is left.
Stay close: never look at the Sun. An adult cuts cardboard. Test ice is not for eating.
