One: look through a window, never at the Sun.
Two: find today’s date and match a sky picture.
Three: circle warm or cold; if neither fits, mark in between.
Four: on one day each week, record the morning and afternoon sky.
Five: at month’s end, put one mark in the matching graph row for each observed day.
Point to today, yesterday and tomorrow on your calendar.
